Creativity for Mental Health

We will have an open forum for anyone and everyone to read personal poetry, their favorite poets, sing songs and enjoy a POETIC event.
Mental Health isn't just about illness, it is also about inspiration. Writing poetry, singing/songwriting is a cathertic way to let the experiences of anxiety, depression and unhappiness but also all the good feelings that happen in ones life that become something more than just those feelings inside our hearts and bodies.
